We follow the following terms and conditions for our business:
1- Client will provide the scope of work.
2- Demo work will start according to client’s scope of work.
3- After demo approval client must pay 50% of agreed price.
4- Advance payment after approval of Demo will not refundable.
5- Remaining payment must be pay after completion of website within 7 days.
6- Guaranteed period will be agreed depending on the project.
7- All the content and data is the intellectual property of our respected clients.
8- The source code of any website we develop is the intellectual property of ozwebguru.
9- We can only provide the source code to our clients when it is mentioned in our agreement or scope of work.
10- Ozwebguru are only responsible for the website or CRM in the future if we have the yearly support contract in place.
11- If the client wants to upgrade or redesign the website in the future, we will give a new quotation for the work, and after this is approved by the client, OzWebGuru will finalize the asking work.
